Beryl has been an integral part of Metropolitan DMC & Event Management since 1995. She excels in understanding complex event logistics, combining Greek destinations, and has extensive knowledge in handling high end individual travelers. Beryl is renowned for her problem-solving skills, particularly in on-the-fly situations, making her a key asset in ensuring the smooth execution of complex events and travel plans.
With over three decades of experience in the hospitality & event management industries, Daniella has held key positions in various prestigious companies in the UK, Middle East and Greece, before joining Metropolitan DMC & Event Management. Her expertise spans sales and marketing, business development, operations, and financial planning. Daniella has successfully led projects for major international clients and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality events.
Nikki joined the Metropolitan DMC & Event Management team in 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in luxury event planning. She has orchestrated high-profile events ranging from weddings and christenings to product launches and fashion shows. Skilled in managing large-scale gatherings of up to 2,000 guests, she ensures seamless execution with precision and poise.
Her meticulous attention to detail, combined with a deep understanding of high-end hospitality, allows her to create exceptional experiences. With a background in wellness as a certified mindfulness coach, Nikki brings a unique perspective, integrating balance, wellbeing and meaningful connections into thoughtfully curated events.
Katie brings over 10 years of experience in hospitality and events, combining her expertise in project coordination, client relations, and event operations with an interior design degree that shapes her creative approach to event design. She drives projects from concept to completion, turning ideas into visually stunning and flawlessly executed experiences. She has a sharp eye for detail and efficient approach, thriving in fast-paced environments, consistently bringing the client’s vision to life seamlessly.
Christie is an experienced graphic designer and art director with a background in magazine and print design. After completing her studies in the UK, she went on to work with various established fashion magazines as a freelancer and in-house. Since returning to Athens a few years ago she has established a diverse freelance practice, catering to clients across various industries, always focusing on the best way to creatively represent her clients. She loves working on experiential projects, such as events, and using design, decor, and attention to detail to achieve an immersive and unforgettable experience for guests.
A valued member of the Metropolitan DMC & Event Management family for over 25 years, Rania brings energy, expertise, and an innate ability to connect with every group she guides. Her engaging storytelling and deep knowledge of archaeological sites ensure guests are informed and entertained without feeling overwhelmed. Rania’s warm personality and adaptability allow her to tailor each tour to the group’s dynamic, making every experience memorable. Guests always return with smiles, a testament to her exceptional guiding skills and passion for her craft.
A skilled photographer and valued collaborator of Metropolitan DMC & Event Management, Nikos has a keen eye for detail and an instinct for capturing authentic, emotive moments. His towering presence—quite literally at 1.95m—often sparks curiosity, especially when guests learn that he once served as an Evzone in the Greek army. This elite role demands strength, patience, and psychological resilience, qualities that also shine through in his work. Always professional and endlessly accommodating, Nikos ensures that every event is documented with creativity, precision, and a warm, easygoing approach.
Our story began with our founder, Photis Photopoulos, an industry pioneer with a profound love of his country & passion to promote it as a top travel destination. The company began in 1982 as a boutique incoming travel agency & grew to be one of the major players specialising in incoming incentive and corporate group travel. Today we are an international team with diverse backgrounds & global perspective, which allows us to connect & understand clients from around the world.
